I download the modified version of OggDrop (oggdropC1) from http://www.inf.ufpr.br/~rja00/. When I checked the file size it read as 121 KB (124,416 bytes), where as the offical OddDrop is 608 KB (622,592 bytes).

How can the modified version with all the extra options be so much smaller?

It's compacted with UPX.

Edit: BTW, uncompressed, it would take 672Kb (688.640 bytes)
