I need a program (recorder or wave editor),that can record a multiple formats(16-32bit,44.1-192khz),using kernel streaming.
I am also know about REAPER,he is not suitable.
Can anybody help me?

in professional audio environment kernel streaming is not widely used. you will have more luck looking for a recording app that supports ASIO. for multitrack recording cubase is very cheap.

i was not talking about interfaces. you got something wrong here. anyway afaik audacity has an experimental WDMKS driver. you might also look at this page. cakewalk sonar is also known to support KS
