first off, i see an option for the -w *alternate broken frame behavior, foobars throw out entire frames*, should i enable this?
second, -r and -R switches...when trying to get the smallest sizes, which one to pcik?
The -r switch will attempt to always push data as far up as possible, even if a minimum bitrate is not specified. Conversely, the -R switch will push the data into previous frames as possible
since the -r switch will push data upwards, wouldn't that decrease frame crammage, decreasing compression?
