I'm using and liking Foobar and was using it to export a flac file (single file comtaining 12 songs) to wav. I was wondering if there is any difference in quality when using Foobar to exprt the file as apposed to the Flac frontend. I couldn't hear any difference but I was wondering if there are any technical differences or a situation when it would matter.

Nope, so long they both use the same version of the FLAC command-line encoder.
