Whether I can edit the metadata mp3 by means of Winamp hurriedly, during playing or I should stop a track and only then to do it?

Don't worry... I do that a lot. The MP3 audio data isn't affected at all. (I do hear a "glitch" or pause as the file is being read and written-to at the same time, but this is a real-time playback issue and has nothing to do with the integrity of the file.)
