Does anyone know of a CD extraction program that supports UTF8 in the tags (APE2.0) and filenames/folders.
EAC tries to retrieve foreign names, and ends up with question marks. Since a lot of my CD's are japanese, chinese, and korean imports, it would be nice to have an app which can succesfully retrieve the names from an online database. The only which i know of which does so is Media Player 9, which seems to be totally UTF8 enabled, and picks up foriegn names with no problems, and puts them into tags, etc. However, it will only rip to WMA or MP3, and i want mine in MPC. I dont fancy converting lossless WMA pro to wav, then into MPC, and i doubt the tags would be transported between each anyway.
If such a thing does not exist, a CD extraction app which would allow to type UTF8 names in manually would suffice, but it makes things time consuming switching between IME's on windows to type all the names in, let alone trying to figure out how to use each one.
Any help / ideas would be much appreciated.
