I have bought the WD HD player ( http://www.wdc.com/en/products/Products.asp?DriveID=572) so now I have problem when i watch movies with DTS sound, because DTS to stereo/AC-3 downmixing is not possible with WD HD, only if you connect through digital connection. ( AV RECEIVER )
but I have a stereo amplifier ( NAD C325BEE ), so i cant connect WD HD true optical cable and get a sound.

..so i was thinking if it is possible to connect from OPTICAL out ( WDHD ) to OPTICAL IN on EMU 1212m, and then from EMU 1212m to Stereo Amplifier ( NAD C325BEE )through Analog Audio CINCH connection ) ??
