I've set foobar output to DS - primary driver. I'm also running DAW set to ASIO4ALL. In this combination I don't have audio output from DAW when foobar isn't playing. ASIO4ALL reports device unavailable (in use).

This doesn't happens with winamp and VLC. When I stop playback in this two programs and re-init output in my DAW - it works well. With foobar, I must exit foobar, so that I can access the device.

Any thoughts?
I use generic realtek driver on windows 7

The problem happens only with Plogue Bidule and Live (they turn off the device but not release), and not with FL, Cubase etc (they auto-release driver)

What I would like to know is why I don't have this problems with Winamp and VLC as said, which both are set to DS?
To repeat: ASIO4ALL reports unavailable device (until I restart either foobar or DAW app)
