i dont mean save playlist i mean actualy save the song itself into a single track?

An audio converter.

If you want to join lossy files, like say mp3s, end to end without transcoding then you needed to use a specialized tool for that, like mp3DirectCut.

mp3DirectCut dosent seem to isntall on windows 7
is there any other programs that do the same job?
