It was a few weeks ago and I didn't think too much of it at the time, but after some more playing with foobar2000 I do think more of it, because I like foobar2000 more than other MP3 players I use, but I cannot stand the wait to seek new MP3's.

I am not trying to be a troll or defiant.. I just cannot understand how the attitude of 'this is how it is' can apply to all users when I and others would like to just playback single MP3 file using the clean and nice interface that foobar2000 provides. Would it be possible to include an option to speed up seeking at the sacrifice of the other features foobar2000 can provide for the people that just want single MP3 playback and fast seek times?
