On my Dell Inspiron 9400, there are media buttons on the front so I can easily click the play/pause button, stop, etc.

Now, these buttons seem to work when Foobar is in a window and I can view it, but when it's minimized to the tray area through some plugin which I forgot the name of, they do not work.

Is there a way I can make it so they work even when in the tray area?

did you put a tick in "keyboard shortcuts" for the media buttons to be global?
