Does anybody here know what the meanings are in Nero's VCD track properties, of the three different scaling modes - Maximize, Scale & Clip, Scale & Fit?

And do they matter if I'm loading in a 352x240 AVI file? I noticed with Star Wars Episode II which I'm working with that the AVI is 320x240 but vertically letterboxed to 352x240. When I burn to VCD, I don't notice the vertical letterboxing on my TV screen, but the aspect ratio (as far as I can tell on my short sample) is not adversely affected.

What's going on; is anybody here experienced enough with DVD/DivX/VCD to give an honest, useful answer?
