I'm trying ti use psytell aacencoder v2.1 to encode a movietrack.
the wave sie is about 2.7gigs and contains 24bit audio data

ACencoder will not start encoding just comes up with some
init error (aacenc.exe - streaming -if track.wav)

is this because psytell aacencoder does not support large .wavs or is because it doesnt support 24bit input ?

or is just me sc...... up :-)

Encoder itself supports 24 bit input, but WAV I/O library that aacenc.exe (front-end) uses is not 24-bit compatible

I will try to write new I/O library that support 24 bit PCM
