Full Version: cd-text workaround?

I have two cd recorders, one @ home and another one @ office. The latter - Nero says - does not support cd-text.

Nero, though, says the image hd recorder supports cd text (?).

What if I burn an image with cd-text on the hard disk and then write the image to a new cd-r? Will cd-text information get transferred to the cd?

Are the cd-text infos stored into the recordable image? Aren't they stored in a special part of the disk?

Thanks.

yup...

a. if you are making a image from audio cd
the cd text will follow..

b. usual.. on a normal cd.. the cd-text (code) lies within the *cda* file..
witch is nothing more then a "shortcut".. to the pcm stream.
on DVDA and SACD.. i think the cd code is on a own layer..
