I don't know if I should use the MPC decoder 1.95e or the 1.95z6. Which one is more trustable?

You can use either one. When you compare the output, you'll find out that it's 100% identical. But mppdec 1.95z6 can also decode MPCs encoded with mppenc 1.95z6 (SV7/SV8 hybrid).
