Hi,

I have global hotkeys set to Activate and Hide the main window.

Activating the main window works without problems, but for the window to hide, I have to press the key twice.
(The first time I press it, it just takes the focus off the window.)

i'm not sure, but that might be an intended behavior. someone will surely chime in if it is. i just have one global hot-key set to the single "activate/hide" main window (hit it once, it activates, hit again, hides). on my end that works with a single keystroke instead of your two. something to try at least.
