Have anyone tried it? Is it realy working?

It doesnt say too much how it works; but will improve the ripping quality for sure.
Maybe reading(twice) and compare?
This app is very versatile and secure ripping was missing.
I'll download and test the trial version.

i tested it. looks like cd-paranoia to me

edit: well, i didn't really "test" it. just opened it, looked at the options, thougt: oh, this is cd-paranoia

I've found 2 new rip methods:
"Error Recovery" and "Error Recovery & Repair"
but have no idea what's the difference among them...
BTW, Its bit slower than EAC in secure mode.
The trial version has no help file and the online help is
very generic.
IMHO, The app deserves a better help file.

Why you should use Easy CDDA Extractor when you can get better tools for free (CDex, EAC)?

EAC is my trusted cd ripper, but is good to see other developers interested in improving their progs.
IMHO, Jukka Poikolainen (ECDDA's developer) is doing a great job and deserves our attention.

Nothing wrong with diversity, my friend. It's nice to see that other programs are becoming interested in secure ripping. EAC's held a monopoly over that for far too long. Now, if it'd only filter down to some open-source ripper...
