just tried to "masstag" some vorbis files which i previously encoded with oggencgt3b1.exe - unfortunately winvorbis throws a "Error processing xxxxxxxx.ogg".

anybody encountered this problem before? any solution present?

edit: is not restricted to mass-tagging - single files editing is affected as well!

Just guessing, but did you do any tagging of these files using a 1.3x version of the Winamp plugin, in_vorbis.dll? The 1.3x versions have caused other problems, perhaps this is another.

Do you have all the required executables in the folder with WinVorbis? (VorbisComment.exe, etc.)

Is your File Scan Template setup correctly in the options?

thank you. after having compared filesizes i have recognized that the vorbis tools differed from the current post 1.0 cvs although i was 110% sure they were identical. no idea what happened. but often enough, the most simple ideas win the prize!
