Hardly. Some drives have better audio extraction capabilities (including error correction) others worse. This doesn't correlate with those features (Exception: Accurate Stream IIRC, which should be available). But it will affect extraction speed speed.

If you use correct settings, and EAC reports "no errors occured", you'll have a perfect rip with 99.9xxx % security. These "xxx" might depend on the drive's abilities.

One important thing: EAC doesn't detect reliably if a drive uses cache or not. So to be on the safe side you could either check "Drive caches audio data" or use Test & Copy and make sure that T & C CRCs match.
