Howdy,
I did have about 500 ape files, untill one day I was convering my APE collection to 128k MP3 files for my portable. I didn't realise I had the option ""After Sucessful Operation : Permanently Erase Source Files" option selected in Monkey's Audio.

So I ended up with a bunch of 128k mp3 files instead of my nice lossless collection. ph34r.gif ohmy.gif mad.gif I have now re-ripped, but want to know if anyone knows of a Time and Date copier? I have the option "File Times : Use source file's time stamp for new file" selected when making the mp3's, so my mp3's have the same time/date as the original ape's. I wanted to copy the time stamps from the mp3's to my newish ape collection's time stamps.

The file name are exactly the same, just .ape extension instead of .mp3

This would help me have my old collection back 100% as it was.

Cheers,

Ok, So no one know of a utility that can do this. It looks like i'm going to have to manually edit 500+ files timestamps. Bugger.
I'll leave it a few days and hope someone can recommendad something
