Most japanese people understand english, I have been told.
(Although they have serious problems speaking it <cough>Engrish<cough>)

When you see "NOSPAM" in e-mail addresses, it means that it should be disregarded, because it's an anti-spambot measure. So for bla@NOSPAMyadda.com, you mail to bla@yadda.com. In this case, the "." must also be removed, since it can't start with "." after the "@". mydo1em@mail.goo.ne.jp
