MuseDrop 1.1 is done.
I made a few changes, fixes, and improvements:

1. It now uses an ini file stored in the application directory instead of using the Windows Registry. It deletes any entries in the Registry made by previous versions.

2. It now decodes. Just drop mpc files on it to decode them, drop wav files to encode them.

3. It will now store your Output Directory choice.

4. It now uses the new "--" preset format.
