Hello, please anyone tell me how to use q=0 Lame option in EAC? I'm found only q=2 support I'm want to use q=0 (Very High Quality)

No you don't. Depending on the version, q0 is either the same or worse quality than q2 (don't ask me why). If q0 was better than q2 it would be used in the -alt-presets. As it is, q0 is just plain slower. In 3.93 I believe it was also broken (caused a degredation in quality).
