I have this mp3 i downloaded recently.
And it has this "squeek!"and "blip" sounds
in it (mpeg-errors not part of the track).
i thought that these were chunks of mis-interpreperpretated
(tough word) pieces of data in the mpeg stream..
And that there is software that can correct these faults.
Do you know of any utility that can do this ?

I rather think, the blips were introduced by a poor ripping tool (wmp, wa3 poikosoft cd ripper component..). you won't be able to remove them completely. be sure to not share these songs again.

Edit: I think there are some decoders out there (even Wa2 alt in_mp3's) that make some blips sound better, but I can't remember one, as I don't use one.

You could start by using some tool like MP3utility to check if there are errors in the MPEG stream or if it is from bad ripping tools as amano suggests.

If there are errors in the MPEG stream there are decoders that can handle that better than others. But I don't know which one is the best.

Decode the mp3 with two different decoders; if the 'blips' in the output are different this mean that the mp3 is damaged; this because (if I remember well) every decoder handle the errors in a different way.
In this case you can remove the blips with MP3 Direct Cut.

Otherwise the blip are "glitches", artifacts caused by the encoder.

Sounds to me like your MP3 is simply "cooked." Try Unphuck, and if that's the problem you should be able to fix it. If not, you won't hurt anything by letting Unphuck analyze the stream.
