Media Center 9 now has DSP outpot format support with resampling.

I'm not a web builder, so plz.....don't comment. I just simply used MS Front Page to make it.....it will mess up with other browser besides IE

I downsample a file from CD fromat to 24 kHz, then upsampled them up to 48 kHz with

fb2k
dbpower
MC

CEP, fb2k. dbpower is quite close, but MC is really different

is MC doing SBR or its a bad resampler?

MC is a very, very bad resampler. All frequencies are aliased. It should sound completely different than the original.

Beware of the above link ! It automatically started installing a "spamware" (unwanted software ) without even asking me. Fortunately, at work, I run a slow computer, and I could ctrl-alt-del the process while it was still downloading files.
