I order from Benson's World a lot.
Prices tend to be on par with amazon/blackstar, but much cheaper shipping (free in UK, 50p/dvd overseas)

I don't know about the DVD, but the CD was released here in the US yesterday.
I haven't bought a CD in a long time because I don't participate in the greed of the recording industry,
and the crap they put out for too much money.
But today I made an exception and bought "How The West Was Won".
As an old Led Zeppelin fan who had the pleasure of seeing them live in 1971 and 1972,
this 3 CD set is exactly what we experienced at those concerts.
