Full Version: Batch silence examining utility?

I would like to test lots of mp3 files for 'silent' parts. Does a utility exist that will output the result of a batch test to a file?

The resulting file should list mp3's that have 'silence' at the beginning or the end longer than eg. 2 seconds. The utility should also list mp3's that have 'silent' parts not located at the beginning or the end.

Thank you,

try this
http://www.logiccell.com/~mp3trim/

Its mainly to fix/check mp3īs and the tool removes digital silices, and write a Log file. But u will need the PRO version to multi select Files and let them batch run. Try and check the options.
