Well, as one of your posts says, hydrogenaudio forums are "bunch of syndicated trollers". I don't quite understand why you would want "normal" access here (unless trolling belongs to your interests).

As you can see, this forum has its bunch of syndicated trollers:

We see here that Ludwig_von_97 never said that about everyone in HA. I think he was only talking about the people who took his topics down by some kind of troll.
By "normal" access, I think he means that he's interested in audio formats and other "normal" people.

And http://www.hydrogenaudio.org/show.php/act/.../ST/f/17/t/9958
is one more topic closed without any reason, just because some people wanted to have some reasonnable discussion about some "taboo" subject, not trolling anything, not annoying anyone, not breaking any forum rules ...

Please read forum topics you linked again. VQF technology (which original Ludwig's posts were about) is not a taboo. If it was some kind of taboo here (such as music piracy), his posts would get instantly removed. Instead, they didn't, and our forum members were allowed to reply them.
VQF format has been scientifically proven to be inferior to most of other modern codecs (in terms of produced sound); it also has major issues such as inability to stream (no sync data), inferior tagging capabilities (limited to ~1000 characters per field, most of players using their official libraries can be exploited by abusing this limit, no free-form fields), and very poor container design (most of VQF files could be significantly smaller if some kind of lossless compression, eg. huffman encoding of data stream was used). I know it because I actually developed VQF playback/encoding software in the past.
Instead of listening to our valid points, Ludwig kept claiming that VQF "sound better" etc, without being able to provide any scientific data to back his claims, violating Hydrogen Audio Terms of Service point #8 and ignoring any warnings. People with his attitude are not welcome here. Continuing to spam us about unbanning him will most likely only result in new IP bans joining the list as soon as one of admins comes online.

Sorry, I don't have much experience with VQF so I can just believe you.
But the problem here is that Ludwig has clearly stated than he had changed his mind about all that, and all he got seems to be misunderstanding and silence.
Most of his closed topics since he has come back have been closed without any valid reason. All that VQF affair is not his matter anymore. What he asked wasn't even a second chance but rather coming here as someone new who has understood his mistakes.

The only thing I found a little "big" about that was that signature thing ... I don't think he has seen is as blackmail but rather as a reminder that would have completely disappeared once he would have been unbanned.
Peter
It's about violating forum rules and his attitude, not about VQF format; he could have posted the same about any other format and get similar response. And he doesn't seem to have really learned anything from what happened.
JohnV
The banning had nothing to do with VQF format per se. If somebody here likes to use VQF, or builds a VQF site, he definitely doesn't get banned because of that. There's always something much more behind banning. It had all to do with the posting style of this individual, which has given more than enough work for the mods and admins.

I guess it's needless to point out that Ludwig_97 and Yop come from the same ISP..
