utf8api.dll missing?

Where can I get that file.
I'm trying to use Foobar HTTPServer Remote Control  but when I start foobar it says it needs the utf8api.dll file :/

yep

with the current distro of Foobar 0.9 beta 10 I din't found the utf8api.dll neither, I had to take it from my previous install of the 0.8.3

I think it sould be added to the install package

The 0.9 version doesn't need utf8api.dll.

More precisely, shared.dll has replaced utf8api.dll. Components for 0.8.3 do not work with 0.9 for other reasons, so messing around with shared.dll/utf8api.dll won't help.
