Configurator, hotkeys for load dsp presets and more

Configurator isn't a plugin but an external program.
run configurator fb2k.ahk if you have autohotkey (freeware) or use configurator fb2k.exe (run alone).

configurator supply hotkeys to load dsp preset
hotkeys are:

F5 load first preset in your list
F6 load second
F7  "      3th
F8    "    4th

loaded preset is displayed in main window title of foobar

when you set playback order to shuffle (track) continuator is loaded ( album gain is set to track if you set shortcut shift/ctrl/alt/t in foobar preferences)
when you set playback order to other than shuffle (track) continuator is unloaded ( album gain is set to album if you set shortcut to shift/ctrl/alt/a in foobar preferences)
change preset don't change presence of continuator in list of actives dsps ( if before continuator is active, after load is active).
