No transparency slider in preferences

Hi,

I have used the transparency thingy in foobar2000 before and I think that was a nice feature and now I thought about using it again but somehow it's missing in the Preferences -> Display -> Default User Interface where it used to be.

I am using the same OS that I used before with the feature (Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit) so that shouldn't be the cause of it.

I can't find it. It used to be on the spot I highlighted in the image but now there's nothing. Should it be there or somewhere else?
