ID3 Tagging

I am looking for suggestions for free quaility MP3, ID3 taggers (ID3v2 - ID3v2.4)

I am looking for a software that will let me tag the the following fields Artist, Title, Album, Track #, Disc#, Year, Genre, BPM, Album Art, and User Fields.

My goal is to have the functionality to move MP3 files between Foobar, I-Tunes 7, & Traktor DJ Studio 3 without losing any metadata.

mp3tag (http://www.mp3tag.de/en/) is excellent.  foobar is no slouch either when it comes to tagging.  Good luck with iTunes.  The recent mess with the whole id3 v2.3/v2.4 disgusts me.  Standards are pointless if people don't follow them.

Do yo mean that I-Tunes 7 uses a hybrid of these tagging formats.

I noticed that after renaming some files with the new itunes, it would go back to it's original information if I copied the MP3

I downloaded the trial version of Tag&Rename (www.softpointer.com/tr.htm)

It's not free but, seems very complete and easy to use.

tks for your suggestion.
