I have a 128kbps mp3 file that I suspect may have been encoded using mp3 pro. It sounds tinny when I use foobar to play it. Apparently foobar doesn't decode the sbr in mp3 pro files. What program can I use to tell if it was encoded with mp3 pro and contains sbr?

-------------------- --alt-presets are there for a reason! These other switches DO NOT work better than it, trust me on this.
