TAK decoder plugin for foobar2000 0.9.4 and newer.
Supports playback and tagging. No special support for recovery of damaged TAK files. Version 0.2 uses functions from the foobar2000 SDK to access APEv2 tags instead of the functions provided by the TAK SDK. Possibly i can speed this up a bit. I could wait with most of the decoder object's initializations until audio data is beeing read. If the decoder object is only beeing used to request some info about the file, most of it's internal initializations are not needed. But this will have to wait a bit.
