[CUI] SNAFU: reproducible crash without dump

I wanted to add new item details panel and foobar crashed without log. I tried again and the same. Then I try removing panels but again crash even after I restarted Windows.

Process explorer doesn't show much to me, and here is log from Process Monitor when crash happens:

I tried couple of things like removing some components looking in procmon log and similar, but without results
