If you have concerns with given staff members, you are free to address them via a private message. If you have alternative ideas about the running of the board in general, you can create a topic in Site Affairs. Making deliberately nonspecific allusions in unrelated threads, on the other hand, is unlikely to lead to anything productive and seems rather petty.
