Is there an encoder frontend for linux?

Hi,

Can anyone tell me if there are any encoder frontends for linux for batch encoding that work with mpc (also lame etc)?

Also is cd paranoia the best ripper to use in linux, and what is a good frontend?

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated,
Jeff

For Linux you can use Grip. There are probably others.
